There is something about a Sunday afternoon that invites us to slow down.
The windows are open.
The light shifts softer.
The house feels quieter — almost expectant.
This is the kind of meal that fills more than a plate.
A Sunday Pot Roast isn’t just dinner.
It’s the rhythm of a home.
It’s comfort simmering all day while you fold laundry, read a book, or sit a little longer at the table.
It’s the kind of meal meant to be gathered around.

🌾 A Sunday Note
Some meals feel like celebration.
Others feel like home.
This one feels like home.
If you make it, I hope your table feels full — not just with food, but with peace.
With conversation.
With gratitude.
With the kind of comfort that lingers even after the dishes are cleared.
